Over the past several months I’ve had clients that have had some incredible success (Brandy’s Story), not only with weight loss but a complete overall in lifestyle (Elizabeth’s Journey). Clients that can keep up with their kids now and are no longer too tired to play on those Saturday afternoons, they have more self confidence when they go out and put on that little black cocktail dress, newer smaller cloths (or even bigger ones for my young guys lol), and most recently a complete palate change… for those of you who understand the real significance of that one know it’s a life changer. Not your typical wall squat

Awesome Squat Technique!

This will be the final video that I will do, for the time being, on how to do proper leg work. Honestly I could go on all day about tips, tricks, form and technique but it can get a bit too much into the science of specific conditions. If you have questions though, post them in the comment section below and I’ll be more than happy to help 🙂

Better looking glutes… and safer :)

With all the videos that I have been doing over proper leg work I figured that I need to add in explanation on how to properly initiate a squat.

Most think that you need to bend your knees first but that is BAD… that is a fast way to wear them out. Instead we want to start the motion out with our hips. Take a look at the video and you’ll see how I teach this motion to ensure that anyone who tries this well not only build a better backside and NOT sore knees.
