Tham's experience with a personal trainer

In October 2011, a close friend enrolled in an Anytime Fitness membership. After noticing improvement in just two weeks, this motivated me to also join. She then referred me to Travis Merritt, her personal trainer. Through his holistic system, I have definitely met my goals.
 

 

Travis’ regimen not only included the standard workout plan and diet changes, but also the mental transformations needed to sustain the motivation over several months. I will personally vouch that there were challenging times, but it was Travis who provided unceasing support. He not only became a trusted fitness trainer, but a trusted confidant.

 

Travis’ program focused on my primary goals of losing ten pounds and toning my overall physique. His workouts were intense, varied, incremental, and tailored to my needs. He provided constant motivation and pressed me, often beyond my perceived limits. In retrospect, I am nothing but thankful.

 

I simply cannot be prouder of the results and this is all due to Travis. He transformed a person who has never performed any workout regime to a motivated individual who consistently works out four times a week. He not only instituted a successful program; he imparted a life skill.

 

            Friendly, caring, motivational, professional- just a few choice words to describe the positive experience I have had with Travis Merritt. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer to any person aiming to improve their body and mind.
