My favorite exercise for a sexy back side ;)

New video today! This is another exercise that all my clients know that I ‘m notorious with… RDL’s (Romanian Dead Lifts)

 

This exercise should be a pillar in anyone lower body training; this works what’s called the posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, lower to mid back). Proper development of these muscles ensures that your body is well balanced front to back and helps reduce injury. That may sound weak but how many people do you know with quad injuries? Most occur in the lower back… so let’s fix that problem and make it look good while doing it!

 

***I kept the video very basic because I could go in a lot of detail of proper mechanics and techniques depending on your body type and movement pattern***
