Get that sexy leg on!

I’ve decided to do something a bit different for today; I shot a video on the proper way to lunge. Which if anyone knows my training you know I’m a big fan of single leg work… most notably walking lunges!

I will argue that lunging, in some ways, is better than squatting and gives the body a well proportioned leg development. Not to mention I feel that in some ways its has a lot more benefits to everyday real life activities than heavy squatting.

***Now I’m not knocking the squat because I do them in just about every lower body workout!***

    Actually, I think you’re the most caring trainer that I’ve seen. I see a bigger better Jay in our future! Keep up the good work and keep me accountable….I have been horrible on the drinking and smoking lately.

    Please hold me accountable by phone calls daily….I need it! I need someone riding my ass daily! My personal success is killing me and I know it. I have it made and I know it.

    I always help everyone else, all the time, but I must hate myself and I don’t know why. PLEASE HELP! I guess I’m too much like my addict mother.

    My company and my family need me way too much for me to kill myself. (Not on purpose but literately with drinking and smoking )

    I think we need to train daily to keep me alive and accountable..
