A quick fix?

My perspective on “quick fixes”

Sorry its been a few days since my last e-mail, all of a sudden I had to pack in 5 days worth of clients into 3 since school is about to start up for us out here. Phew I’m still exhausted LOL

Now normally I promise a workout of the week but I have something that I wanted to rant about…. quick fixes.

Now majority of the ones you hear about (fad diets, super restrictive eating plans, marathon workouts, body wrapping,

the list goes on) just are sales tools. Thats it nothing else. Say you get on a plan that PROMISES 30 pounds in 15days… I will say this it may work but 9 times out of 10 you’ll just put it right back on, hate life during those 15 days and do damage to your endocrine and metabolic systems that take a LONG time to repair and recover and make it damn hard for you to lose weight the next go around

Peoples weight issues are not a cause but a symptom of something else and most of the time its a behavior issue. Even if you get the weight off with a quick fix you still didn’t fix the cause of the weight problem. Find a way to fix the cause then I promise you that the weight will come off very quickly.

Now I’ve seen countless people try to go this route and it frustrates the hell out of me every time. I honestly could go on all day and tell countless stories of people who go this route but I don’t want to get started.

What to take away… quick fixes don’t work. Fad programs come and go. What has stayed around? Eating smart and busting your butt in the gym. Simple.

Phew ok I feel better! Lol

Have a wonderful weekend and feel free to e-mail me with any questions!
